Provided by YP.comWent to facility for Arm recertification class. Instructor Rob Corcoran was very professional and teaches a very excellent class. I have used Robs training in the pass also. Will always continue to use his services. 1st time at this facility. Range seemed short but climate controlled and nice. Nothing better than walking straight out of class and on to firing range. Thanks. Jeff Richardson Branch Manager Imperial Security

Provided by YPmobileWith all of the other gun shop alternatives in the area I will never set foot in this store again. I used to buy all my reloading supplies, ammo, and firearms here. However one rude employee and no response to my complaint from management has moved my business elsewhere. There is too much competition in the area to treat your loyal customers like crap. My suggestion to anyone wanting to shop here is check out their competition first. I have been to just about every gun store in the greater Nashville area and I would gladly drive out of my way to avoid Guns and Leather.

Provided by YP.comAwful, I have been in the Hendersonville store three times, and EACH time I thought I was invisible. The employees looked at me and then looked away or continued with there OWN conversations. I mentioned to an employee that Dennis (Owner) in Greenbriar always works with someone that pays with cash in full. His reply is, "Prices are pretty much set'. It's pathetic that I live in Gallatin and HAVE to drive to Greenbriar to get a GREAT deal and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE at a different branch of the same company!!!. I recommend that you bypass this place and take that extra drive to the Greenbriar store, you will NOT be sorry!!

Provided by YP.comHave been to this place a few times, and every time I've been, they were very rude. It seemed like I was never going to have a chance to find out what I wanted, just what they wanted me to have. The range is too small and short, and I'm done. Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere that appreciates your business.

Provided by YP.comEvery business has a bad apple, it is up to us to point that out to management. My experience with guns and leather has most always been great. One occasion it wasn't and I was quick to go up the food chain and point out what issue I had with one employee. It was resolved and though sometimes they have been busy, when it was my turn, they spent as much time as needed to address every question I had. Fair to great prices on quality items and if you ever have a bad experience, don't just walk away, go to management and tell them, they "will" get to the bottom of it and make it right.

Provided by YP.comHave been in several times intending to purchase multiple items. The employees went out of their way to ignore me. I will never step foot in there ever again. Now I go out of my way and drive many more miles to a shop that appreciates my business.

Provided by YP.comI have only lived in Hendersonville for 9 months, but I have had several occasions to frequent Guns and Leather. I am not in the habit of writing reviews, but my experience makes me feel that the low rating for this business is grossly unfair. I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Inventory is always quite good, barring the current (4/2013) ammo situation, and ammo prices are reasonable when they can get it. Before I shopped there, friends and neighbors that I asked said nothing negative about them. They deserve our business.
I have no connection with Guns and Leather except as a customer.

Provided by YP.comWent there to take the carrying permit class at the Hendersonville location, which was all fine and the instructor, Chris, was very very nice. After I went up stairs as I wanted to purchase 2 new pistols and purchase some ammo for other guns already owned.Fisrt try I asked an employye his optinion on a good carrying gun and what he might carry. He responed "Glock 19" with out ever looking up and comtinued to mess with guns in the cabinet and never made another attempt to help. After a while of walking around with no one even attempting to speak to me I ask one the guys there if they had what I was looking for. He was turned with his back tp me and responded with a smart alec answer and NEVER even turned around to look at me. Then immediatley went back to talking to another employee. My wife and I were stumped, it was one of the rudest retail experiences that I have ever had. I have since purchased serveral firearms from other, more plesant to deal with , gun stores in Nashville. I would not give Guns and Leather a dollar of mine.
