This location is horrible! Every time we eat at this location our order is wrong! I ordered 3 sausage biscuits and 2 lg coffees. I was told to pull up and wait my food would be right out , I waited for 25 mins. and finally they brought my sausage biscuits, no coffee, they bring me back cold coffee with no cream and sugar. I look around they are delivering food to 5 different cars in the parking lot. How do you not have any food prepared for breakfast!



Last night I order combos and up size to large for the large size fry, I get home and open the bag and I have large size FRY BOXES and they are filled about a quarter full! I pay for large and still receive small fry but this time in a large box!

My husband goes this morning we order 4 sausage biscuits, 3 sausage burritos, 2 lg coffees with cream and sugar. He gets back and we have 2 sausage biscuits, 1 burrito and 2 BLACK coffees! What is wrong with this location! UNORGANIZED, MISMANAGED, POOR SERVICE!!!

I called to speak to the manager about these problems this morning and he hung up on me twice!!!

This is very disappointing because we enjoy mcdonalds but will be forced to find another alternative!!!!!

A Nightmare in the morning!

We ordered 2 sausage biscuits and 1 sausage mcmuffin w/ egg. How simple could it get. No meals. No drinks. Simple.

They made multiple mistakes:

1. Order Window - Wrong order and wrong price.

2. Pick-up Window - Wrong product in bag.

Wrong product the 2nd time.

3. Inside counter w/Manager - Wrong product in bag.

4. 2nd trip inside counter w/Manager - Finally, right product in bag with NO APOLOGY or COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE, etc. OFFER!!!!

This McDonald's is the WORST SERVICE we have ever had in all of our travels from California to New York!
