Worst banking experience I've ever had at the branch in Hendersonville.



Drove into the drive thru and pushed the call button. An older woman ask in her most "I don't want to be bothered voice" if she can help me. Hoping to turn her mood around I cheerfully and smiling tell her I need to make a deposit but don't have my account number on me. She tells me I have to have the number. Asking if we can look it up by my name she again replies sternly and matter of factly that she has to have a number. I tell her the last time I came in I didn't have it and the lady looked it up for me and I inquired if I needed to come in? She again said no, that I had to have a number. Dumbfounded that I'm trying to make a deposit and getting absolutely ZERO customer service she finally and hatefully says "it can be an account number or your social security number." Wow!!! Really, could have said that as soon as I pulled up. Worst customer service ever at a bank.
