Office staff turnover all the time, current manager only personable if you don't need anything from her or have any questions for her; Tends to be condescending even in small talk.



Plus side: One level apartments, convenience to local businesses & shopping, Room for storage, attic space, utility room in 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, reasonable rent



Cons: Meth lab was found being run out of my next door neighbor's apartment, after cleaning up the apartment & kicking the woman out a fire broke out due to maintenance leaving a space heater on while drying paint, ac/heater unit is like a hotel room unit only ac doesn't work half the time, Old appliances unless you land a unit they've actually taken the time update, Probably won't be able to let you see the unit you'll be renting if you're lucky enough to see a unit at all



I gave three stars because it is a fairly quiet community overall. If you like to gamble then try this place. You never really know what you're going to get.
