Have been there 3 times in the past 5 months, the first time, I was overcharged ($220 for 1 color highlight and 1 color low light on barely shoulder length hair...) and upon leaving, my hair was unacceptable, bad roots showing all along my part, I had to go back to have it fixed the next day. The second time, my hair was fine, and the price was better, ($185, still high, but $50 less than last time) and the third time, I asked for root touch up and only 1 color of highlight to be added, but Regina had already punched in my invoice for touch up and 2 color highlights, and refused to change the price, arguing across the counter with both myself and the stylist that colored my hair. I was forced to pay $225 for root touch up and a 1 color highlight. Never going back, seems to be a pattern of ripping people off... Very disappointing!

Carmen is a miracle worker. No one knows skin like Carmen. I have tried tried lots of other providers - including doctors. Carmen is the only one that has provided me with consistent results. And her prices are affordable even on a working girls budget!
