The first thing I noticed was that one of the family employees was yelling at one of the dock workers. She went over to him, grabbed his arm aggressively and yelled at him. She was very rude when interacting with me. When checking out, the girl seemed to care less about the sale and if I ever came back. Unfortunately, they are the main feed and grain store in the area. Can always get hay at Battles Farm. They have a good selection of items but their customer service leaves something to be desired. It seems like they are doing YOU a favor by waiting on you.
