Community Care Network of Virginia is a statewide primary care provider network and health care management company. Established in 1996, its more than 200 health care professionals provide primary care access to medically underserved, uninsured and insured populations at over 55 delivery sites within Virginia s rural and urban communities. Its services include charge entry, insurance claims processing, payment posting, claims follow-ups, statement processing, monthly processing and reporting, collections, on-site operational reviews and feedback, and support for different practice management software. It additionally provides education and training for medical practices, credentialing, and medical and practice management and administration. Its contracting services and programs include negotiation and execution of network master participation agreements, participation agreement reviews, analysis and reviews of reimbursement and profitability, relative value unit modeling, providing fee schedule analysis and rate setting, primary care and specialty contracting, and risk agreement development.
