Seems Pretty quiet and safe BUT not very kid friendly, especially for the older kids because no amenities. Children not even allowed to have a Balls including footballs or basketballs. And people wonder why urban kids have weight problems. Its'because they all live in apartments that have no age appropriate "play amenitieis".! Laundry hours just changed and only open when office is open so you can't even get off work at 5 and go do laundry at your own complex because office is open 10-5 and some saturdays 10-2 so I guess everybody will have to fight over 5 or 6 washers/dryers during those 4 hrs on saturdays. Looking forward to relocating!
