Very upset customer

On Friday June 6, 2014, at 5:30pm I went to eyemart from work, to repair my eyeglasses. The asistant there name Cathy told me she could not repair it because my warranty was up a month ago. I told her that it wasn't that hard to repair. I left very upset and went to walmart a block up the street and they said who put tape on the glass and I said eyemart. They charged me $2:07. Its a shame I had to go thru that afterI brought my eyeglass from eyemart. The youg lady name Cathy just put a piece of scotch tape onmy glasses. I went back from Walmart and and told Cathy I got myglase fixedwithout her help and she stated I am glad someone fixed your glasses. This is very poor customer satisfaction. I AM A RETIRED MANAGER OF CUSTOMER SERVICES AND THAT WAS NECESSARY. I WILL NOT USE EYEMART AGAIN AND I WILL TELL PEOPLE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. REGINA OWENS.
