This company is very disorganized and they do not have enough employees to cover all of the customers. The machine is of poor quaility and 7 times out of 10 does not work properly or at all. And if the machine takes a nose dive you are out of a vehicle until they can send someone to fix it. They also charge you more than other Interlock services and have a way of getting more money out of you on some months with out clearly explaining why. But, because most of the people who have a intake on their vehicle is court ordered, they probably dont care, because those ppl are at their mercy. If you are in the same boat, make sure to research all of the intake options in Lynchburg, before chosing this company. Wish I had.
