Provided by YP.comMs. Sarah "S" comments left out a major detail. She was asking us to commit insurance fraud by skirting the reporting process as she misinformed us on how her injuries occurred. When her attorney "brought it" to our attention we immediately corrected by billing the responsible party. We follow the guidelines set forth by the Virginia Bureau of Insurance. If she had ever spoken to me, which she did not, we would have explained this required procedure to her.
