Should be less than one star!! Parking is a huge issue, unless you like walking from 1-2 buildings down from your building!! I HAVE BEEN HERE LESS THAN A YEAR WHEN I MOVED IN WITH MY NEW CAR 4 DINGS AND A HIT AND RUN LATER ALL HAPPENED IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX NO ONE OWNS UP TO DAMAGING ANY ONES CAR. The neighbors have no consideration to other people when it comes to noise. We have one that has 5 people in a 2 bedroom apartment, and at night it sounds like an MRI machine going off in their kitchen which is the same wall that is in our bed room. The person that has moved in upstairs from 103, started hanging pictures and whatever else from 10:30 Pm to 2:30 AM. Also has a home gym in his living room and you hear weights banging on the ceiling and he does runs at night from one wall to the other which you year every step. The plumbing sucks you pray that when you flush it actually goes down. The washing machines ruin clothing. Management only returns call if you give them a zero on their ratings on the internal site. Otherwise you have to keep calling and calling, don't waste your breath leaving a message. We have another neighbor pulls his sports car behind the building at night sometimes with a big engine and is really annoying trying to watch tv or anything with the sound of a v8 drowning everything out. If you have packages delivered to your door they sometimes go missing. The "AC" in the apartment’s sucks you will be lucky if it's really hot out if the inside reaches 78 degrees with the "AC" on. We have been complaining about a fire alarm low battery beep that happens every 3 mins for the past 2 months that has been going off in an empty apartment. Some of the shower tile in the apartment is held down by caulking because they are too cheap to re-tile the bathroom. When you put in a maintenance request they just come by hoping your home they don't give you a window or set a time for them to come.
