Dr. Hickman was great during pre-op, surgery and 6 month follow up. The office scheduled my daughter for the 1 year follow up outside of the referral window. I was not notified of the referral expiration until I drove an hour to the appointment and couldn't be seen without an update referral. Advanced notice would have been appreciated! I am not pleased with the office management.

billing unreliable!

Never received bills and when inquired on balance when I got a call, they said balance zero. Backup requested numerous times for fsa reimbursement. What they would provide me was not acceptable per fsa guidelines. Received a $10 plus fee for $30 balance that I was never notified of. I like the doctor but billing was rude the whole time I went there for over a year!
