They refused to allow my husband to wear his hearing aid for his employment screening, claiming their testing machine doesn't allow it but sent his employer a statement that he failed the hearing test while wearing a hearing device. This cost him a badly needed job. We now need to beg his employer to allow him to take a hearing test somewhere else. Neither of us will ever go to them again and will warn everyone we can that they lied.

The staff has been very accommodating and I would highly recommend their services to anyone I know in need!
