Great, Great, Wonderful, Wonderful. Here is my story: Sunday night, fairly late in the evening, I was trying to finish some work on the laptop. I noticed it was getting slower by the minute. I could not get anything accomplished without a lot of frustration. A friend gave me William's number to call (thanks Beth). I was going to call Monday during business hours, but I just continued to have problems. I broke down and called late Sunday evening. To my surprise the phone was answered. Told him I was sorry to call on the weekend so late, but this problem had me unable to finish my work and I really needed it done before I went in Monday. He asked me some questions and discovered something in the process: I had just recently put on a new program (norton) that was eating up my space or something. Cut a long story short, I worked on the problem for hours and hours. It took him 10 minutes and now it is working great, great. Love it! Will me telling everyone!!
