They acted like they didn't know about the federal law that had been enacted that prevents pawn shops from charging military personnel and their dependents more than 3% interest. They were mad when they had to acknowledge the law. They told an active duty soldier with almost 20 years of service to this country not to come back all because they don't want to abid by 3% interest. They're disgusting.

First of all, the employees are rude and a bit prejudice. The older guy that works there went into this spill about how people should be ashamed of pawning their property. He also refused to accept a laptop from me because it made over a year ago. GO TO HANCOCK. at least they're respectful.
