We've overall been very happy with our certified pre-owned Toyota Highlander that we purchased from Kolar Toyota. Our sales rep, Steve, gave us a very reasonable price and always made sure to be in touch. Pete stayed after closing to help us out with our test drives. Rick carefully explained our warranty options and also gave us competitive rates. Today, we received a $2 check in the mail for an overpayment of our license plate fees. Two bucks is nothing, but it shows that they're trying to be honest.I haven't been in for servicing yet, but so far so good.

How can you lose something elemental as an oil cap when you do oil changes & then not let the person know - Everyone nowdays has a computerized list of who has been in for the day & what they had done...Wish someone could explain this to me.
