Provided by YP.comI went in on 2/18 for a routine oil change. During the inspection of my vehicle, several things were noted that would need my attention in the future. Victor reassured me that the items his mechanic had made note of did not need to be done right away. I decided to go ahead and get everything done that was on the list. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. I was given a ride home so I would not have to wait while my car was being worked on. The work was done in an efficient and thorough manner and at a reasonable cost. My thanks goes out to not only Victor and Eric, but also to the mechanic "Matt H." who had done the servicing and subsequent repairs, and to the whole business. Their personal, professional relate-ability with me, leaves me with a safe and secure feeling my car is being well taken care of. The work they do is very much appreciated. I highly recommend this business.

Provided by YP.comThis grandma was traveling through Hermiston when my brand new Dodge developed a terrible noise. The tech came right out and diagnosed the problem. They took it right in and made the repair, although the car hadn't been purchased there. They were courteous, professional, speedy, and charged me so little that I felt guilty. Would recommend them to anyone!

Provided by YP.comWorst customer service in sales they take advantage of the elderly and people who don't know much about automobiles they sold a piece of crap truck to my mother in law that was going to be a surprise for my sister in law and well it became a surprise to both of them when the check engine light came on and the transmission started leaking. the salesman used the whole better buy it now or i have somebody else who is coming later and they are very interested crap the salesman's name is Todd and i wouldn't buy a car from him. I WILL BE CALLING THE SALES MANAGER ABOUT THIS SITUATION.

Provided by YPmobileBought a car from there on Friday night finally had a chance to get the car looked at by my mechanic and ut needs $2000 worth of work. Needless to say the car is going back today!

Provided by YP.comTHANK YOU Tom Denchel Ford. A couple months back we found ourselves stuck in Pendleton Oregon and needed to buy a new F-250 to tow our fifth-wheel trailer. We went to Tom Denchel Ford in Hermiston, Oregon as it was the closest dealer. After taking a couple days to work out our options we bought a 2014. When we got back to Colorado we had some concerns about the truck and what went on at the dealership so we sent them a letter and explained our problems. Being 1200 miles from the dealership we thought we’d get blown off, but that is far from what happened. We were contacted by Cyndie their Customer Relations person, who along with Tim Buffington the VP and General Manager did everything they could to correct the concerns.
When all was said and done we went from having a negative experience to having the best experience we've ever had at a dealership and from 1200 miles away. The people in the Hermiston, Tri Cities area are lucky to have such a customer centered dealership. After the way we were treated when we decide to trade in our SUV we plan to drive back to Oregon and buy it from Tom Denchel Ford – they are the best we've experienced in 46 years of buying vehicles.

Provided by YP.comhad a good experience until I got home with new used car and car in shop two times and over 600 dollars in repairs not even owning a week I called the dealer and told them and now waiting for a manger to approve a 300 refund for the parts I had to buy if I get my refund I will be happy I will let everyone on here know

Provided by YP.comWent to their Hermiston Store to Apply for a job agreed to a time with Hugo who seemed to be Professional, but went in as agreed no Managers available, were too busy having a meeting in Prosser then the teller/ receptionist open lied saying they would be back 10 to 10:30 asked if I could come back at 11am suprise noone there still. Then the receptionist tells me they usually dont get back till 11am to 11:30am openly lieing to me AGAIN! So I left again and called in to resend my application and asked to leave a message for Hugo asked to leave a voice mail no voice mail. Steer clear if they will lie to perspective employee's whats going to stop them from doing it to you as a customer????
