Recently I have had to get several things replaced/repaired on my SUV which required my vehicle to remain at this dealership for awhile. I was given estimates before the work was started, an explanation for what needed replacing and why, along with their recommendations. Everyone in the service department handled my concerns with the utmost professionalism, a smile and a friendly attitude. The different alternative transportation options to make things less frustrating for me went above and beyond my expectations. I was also kept informed on the progress of the work being done on my SUV. Being a single woman and having a repair business that is this great is more reassuring than I can express. I know my SUV is in great hands.

My brand new Dodge developed a strange rattle while traveling through Hermiston late in the day. The service tech came right out and diagnosed the problem. Although the vehicle had not been purchased there, they took it right in and made the repair. The people in the service department were courteous, professional, speedy, and the cost was so reasonable that I truly felt guilty. Would recommend them to anyone!
