Me and my family have stayed at all most every place around the lake this is by far the nicest place on the lake.Great rooms and the best staff.

From the beautiful charming Inn on the scenic lake area, country flea markets to the very warm and friendly people. This is the best place to visit. Fishing, hunting, shopping at flea markets or local trade (hand crafted items, homemade jams), you won’t be bored with country life here.

I have stayed at the clearlight Inn on several occasions and have always had a wonderful experience. The rooms are very clean and decorated wonderfully. The people were very friendly and the inn is conveniently located next to a great little restaurant.



I'll be sure to stay there again!

We stay at the Clearlight inn several times through out the summer every year---NO PLACE at Pomme De Terre will offer the amenities that you cannot get anywhere else!!!!!!!! Home-made ice cream & the hospitality cannot be better anywhere else than this place...we rate AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Best place in the Pomme de Terre Lake area.

Simply put. For those of you familiar with the Pomme DeTerre lake area this is the Taj Ma Hal compared to other resorts. Steve, Charla, Larry, & Cindy (owners) are all good people, good company, and excellent operators maintaining a 4 star facility. Where else can you stay and the owners furnish you w/ homemade ice cream and other goodies on the 4th of July. WOW! Very clean spacious rooms that are modern, maintained, and cozy. My wife and I will make a point ot reserve a room every holiday we have a chance to get away and enjoy the lake while staying at this fine motel. Thanks for everything guys!
