Provided by YP.comMY DAUGHTERS HEADSTONE WAS PLACED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GRAVE. GEALY CLAIMS IT WAS THE CEMETARYS FAULT, YET HE DID NOT NOTIFY ME THAT HE WAS PLACING IT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PLOT. DOES NOT TRY TO SATIFY CUSTOMER. I just would like to add that putting a headstone at the head of the grave would be common sense. I threatened nobody, and just wanted the job done right. A small lot size, or age of cemetary has nothing to do with placing the stone at the head of the grave. There was more than enough space to do this. If the stone was going to be placed anywhere other than at the head of the grave, Gealy should have notified me of the unconventional placement of the stone. Communication was very poor on Gealys part. A simple phone call would have avoided all of this.
To clarify the comment left by Mr. Marletto at this site. We installed the foundation in the area that the cemetery requested. We do all the foundation work for this cemetery and a representative is with us when laying them out. The section of the cemetery where the foundation was placed is very old and there is not a lot of space available. Any issues of the placement should have been discussed between Mr. Marletto and the cemetery officials. When Mr. Marletto threatened and complained to the cemetery, the cemetery in turn requested that we remove the existing foundation and install it where Mr. Marletto thought it should go even though it was not in line with any other memorials. Gealy Memorials provides quality work and DOES satisfy their customer concerns. This matter should have been resolved entirely between the cemetery and Mr. Marletto before placement of the foundation.
