I wouldn't as a medical professional recommend this place. Wait was too long, MD was a smart A joker! Son has asthma and refused to give him an inhaler. Told us to see our primary MD. So I guess if you come in and want narcotics your chances are better than getting an inhaler to breathe. Poor excuse for a urgent care.

In Feb I got the stomach bug and visited CareSpot for an injection. After filling out the paperwork I was informed that the cost for the visit would be $300, which I felt was too much so I gathered my things and began to leave.



As I was walking out the receptionist announced "But we can take $100". I walked back to the desk, confirmed that the payment would be $100, and they would bill insurance for any remainder.



Two months later I received a bill and I was shocked. I called 5 times before getting a call back from the center manager. She informed me that my bill was correct and all about their policies. I explained my experience to her and she let me know that the employee who spoke with me that day was no longer employed there and that since they were owned by HCA she had no authority to make any adjustment to my account.



Not once has anyone offered an apology for the misunderstanding. Please be aware that they are more interested in your money than your satisfaction.

I had an excellent visit. It was a Sat. morning and the location only had two other patients. The vitals were taken quickly & the doctor appeared in 5 minutes. We took x-rays of my thumb & the doctor came back in promptly. I liked that the doctor took about 15 minutes to answer my questions & I walked out very happy.

I rarely give 5 stars, but did here to balance things out. I've had several issues at many locations seeing doctors; that seems like a given these days.

This location is attractive & professional. I will use them again If needed.

This is easily the worst doctors office I've ever been to. Like the other review said, the staff is inconsiderate, and the waits in the waiting room are only slightly shorter that the wait in the examination room. Both times I went were over 2 hours, and they weren't even that busy. The first time I was misdiagnosed, according to the 2nd doctor and now they're wanting me to come back a 3rd time just so they can refer me to another doctor who actually knows what they're doing. Wouldn't even refill my prescription to alleviate my symptoms, unless I paid them a 3rd office visit. Do yourself a favor, find a doctor who is competent and cares about your health more than wasting your time and money

I would strongly not recommend...

I would strongly not recommend anyone visit this clinic. I went in yesterday and I waited for over an hour just to get called back to a room. I was the only patient they had waiting. Then after being placed in a room I sat and listened to them have a staff meeting about patient care. After being there for an hour and forty minutes I walked out while they were still having a staff meeting on good patient care ha what a joke. I heard about all their policies on cell phones, allergy shots, and patient wait times. I went to another clinic and was in and out in an hour and they were busy. I have the flu and strep so needless to say I felt way too sick to waste almost two hours at this terrible clinic. Do not waste your time here.
