I took my truck in there this morning and they knew right what my problem was on my brakes. they went right to work on them and in no time the problem was solved. I feel that if I have any other problems with my truck I will take it to them. They made me Happy!

I love coming here for all my exhaust,and under hood work they never let me down and are always friendly.

Recently we found an Audi for sale in the Hermitage area and needed it to be inspected before we purchased it. Hermitage Hills Auto Repair was near so we called them. Even though we didn't have an appointment Brad worked us in that day. He inspected this car from front to rear and told us all we needed to know. I was so impressed with his knowledge and honesty that we brought our own cars in for maintenance.

I have used Brad and his guys for years! They have great service. Fair and honest. Love them!

Do not go here. Their service and communication skills are terrible. I knew more about my truck then they did. Very frustrating when you pay someone to be the expert and they aren't. They jerry-rigged my truck with a zip tie on the carburetor choke instead of communicating the problem to me and fixing it correctly.

I love Hermitage Hills Auto! Their staff is friendly and they are reasonable. They are good honest people that know what they are doing! They are fast but thorough. If you need a mechanic this is the place to go!

Brad and his team are great! Having a high mileage car and truck they are always good to give me options to help keep me on the road. Brad's shop stands behind there work. Once a replacement part failed and they made it right with on more cost to me no questions asked. Very trustworthy!

Brad and the guys at Hermitage Hills always take great care of my Jeep when I break or bruise it up.... I see them about once a week.

If you ever have a problem with your car, I highly recommend Hermitage Hills Brake and Auto. My husband and I have both used Brad & Rhonda Prevatt and their team on several occasions. They always provide the most exceptional customer service and they are extremely affordable. Their willingness to work with you stands far above the other repair shops in the area. My car had some major issues just 2 days prior to a family vacation to FL. Brad and his team had my car ready to go the day before we were scheduled to leave. I had no worries about the repair because Hermitage Hills Brake went over every detail about the repair and explained front start to finish.



I wish I would have known about Hermitage Hills Brake and Auto a while back. I spent $260.00 at a local Ford dealership when Hermitatge Hills would have charged $105.00 for the same repair! So again, they are highly recommended in my book! :)
