Needed front struts replaced on my 2012 Nissan Frontier SL crew cab 4 X4..I told Sam I had ordered the parts and to give me a price to install both front struts. I further said I expected him to a charge a labor rate he could live with. The job was done in under 2 hours. Sam was straight up about being shorthanded one day, so; I brought it in the next. He called as soon as it was ready. Outstanding service at a fair price.

My daughter has a 2000 Honda Accord which suddenly started running very rough. Of course, she drives it like a race car. We towed the car to a local auto repair shop. After having the car for 3 days, and replacing about $300 worth of parts, we were told that they could not determing what the problem was. We were still on the hook for the parts and for part of the labor. We then had the car towed down the street to Master Muffler. They were pleasant and professional, although their shop could have used some cleaning up. After noting what parts had already been replaced, and with their experience with this engine, they diagnosed the problem correctly -- a worn and slipped timing belt. The belt was replaced, the engine timing was re-set, and we drove her smooth running car home in less than a day. Master Muffler fixed it the first time and in less time than I anticipated. I will continue to bring my cars in to Master Muffler for repair from now on and I will recommend them to my friends.
