Had a 3PM appointment was 15 minutes late coming from Santa Monica, the last time I in Hermosa Beach was more than a decade so I was a bit lost. I wasn't aware of all the construction which slowed traffic a bit too. Called 3 times and I guess that was annoying to Jess/ica and she was becoming rude. When I arrived I was told I would not get a full service&no foot massage only a regular pedicure because they were closing at 4PM. She actually said in retort, sorry you had drive all this way. What they don't know is I'm a big tipper and would have made it worth the one person that staying til 4:15 her time!!! Forced to give a 1 star!!!



I can respect that but as a business owner I do whatever is possible and necessary to please my clientele and the last thing I'd be is rude and unwelcoming.
