After living in Hermosa for several years and passing by Rosa's more times than I can count, I finally decided to drop in and give it a shot. Since then, it has become my regular Mexican food destination. The food is authentic (I travel to Mexico as often as I can), good portions and great service. The owner Rolando is friendly and always willing to make a great recommendation. Try the adovado plate and the red snapper plate. Both incredible. If you are ever in Hermosa, this is a must try!!!
