My daughter's wedding reception was a BIG success. The staff was polite and professional, bartenders were knowledgeable and did a great job. Everyone had a wonderful time and our memories will last a lifetime. We decorated the Yacht Club ourselves and I think it came out very well. It is a good place for weddings as the layout is perfect!!! Dancing floor is in the middle, the band can either be on the side or in the middle by the floor ( depending on the size ), the bar is on the side and the kitchen is on the same floor which is very convenient. We hired a caterer and professional waitresses from a restaurant near by which completed the package. Rental cost are very fair and will not break any budget. The best part of renting a reception there is that you can make it our own, just how you would imagine it. Other places have all in packages which are convenient but far less for the money and you can't make it the way you really would like to. We think this was a best choice for a wedding reception and this is the place we will have our next daughter's reception as well. Waterfront views, outside terrace, view of sailboats, double stairway and quite neighborhood completes the package.

The facility was very helpful in all matters. Great wait staff and catering service. The open bar was very fast and little waiting. Overall, the wedding was a huge success thanks to the cooperation of the Hernando Beach Yacht Club! Would highly recommend to others.
