My family and myself all have bought great dependable rides from family auto values and if a problem ever came up they were always there willing to help

My daughter bought a used car from this place with bi-weekly payments. After paying a hefty down payment and paying on it for awhile, one week she was three days late on her payment. No one contacted her addressing the issue, they just showed up in the middle of the night to re-po it. Then she tried to reclaim her belongings including a bran new baby car seat and they wanted to CHARGE her to get her things back! And the very mean and rude way they handled this whole thing was totally UN-professional!!!! I strongly advise anyone buying a car to stay far from this place!!!!!
