The customer Service in this store is TERRIBLE. The manager Justin Turner is rude,arrogant and lacks the social skills needed to deal with the public. I have a family plan with 6 lines and I am only half way thru my contract BUT I WILL pay the early termination fee because I will not give such rude and unappreciative people my $450 a month. The fee is $1000.00 . It is worth it to me not to have to deal with this company and Justin again But I guess since the franchisee owner owns over 70 stores ( as Justin pointed out) then this review wont mean much (as Justin pointed out) GOOD BYE VERIZON!!!!!!!!!!! :)
