Terrible. tried to work with them for 2 years.
1) Every time I've contacted the owner about an issue she always ends up making it my fault.
2) Owner does not follow thru on any requests or correct any issues brought to her attention. Once again, always making it my fault. I leave a detailed list for the crew, but it does not help either.
3) Owner cannot stick to a schedule. Every time I've set one up, she still continues to show up and do whatever and whenever works for her.
4) Owner lies. she re-uses about 5 different excuses. Once again, never acknowledging her mistake. I believe she has no idea how laughable her excuses are and that it is obvious to client she is lying. She seems to be a compulsive liar.
5) I have an elderly mother that I must take care of every morning and cannot have any service or cleaning scheduled before 1:00 pm. Owner completely ignores my request, crew shows up at 9:00 am, 10:00, etc. whenever they want, she cannot/will not comply with my request.

The cleaning crew was over 45 minutes late. I called several times to be told they would arrive in 5 minutes. Once I was told to just leave my home unlocked for them. No thank you. After 45 minutes waiting, I left. When I called to have appt. rescheduled, I was told I would have to pay $45. to reschedule, when they were the ones late. That they had to use gas and drive from Olive Branch, 10 miles away. That is the nature of a cleaning business, you have to drive to get to a job. The owner, Michelle Ford was very difficult to work with, telling me I had to schedule on her time, wanting to do it at 4 in the afternoon, when again no one would be at home to let them in. She even suggested my husband come home and let them in. The day we did reschedule, I text Michelle to make sure day and time were correct. It was and Michelle said they might be early. I asked her to let me know because I had errands to run. The crew came 45 minutes early without letting me know. They called and were about to leave because I wasn't home. I got home in 5 minutes. They told me they were scheduled to clean at 1:15 when we had scheduled at 2. An hour and 15 minutes later, they left. For $100. Never again with this business. I had nothing but excuses from Michelle. And never an apology for being late or the problems. She even told me if I had gone back to my house the first time when I had waited 45 minutes, we would not have a problem.
