WOW, what can I say about Home Choice Health...my services with this company end on yesterday... I was in tears. The three (3) employees: OT, Nurse & Nurse Assistant did a wonderful job... The nurse Ms Janna was superior with getting my diabetic under control along with the blood pressure. I can't say enough about my OT (Kat) she got me moving and I still do all my exercising when she wasn't around. My aide (Diana) was always polite and a joy to have assisting, me with bathing.

If it wasn't for these three (3) I don't know where I would be, since I don't have family near me too assist me at all.

With my sons so far away, they knew I was in good hands with these ladies (it showed in my attitude & voice). Even, my doctor recognized my improvement.



I can say they are great & asset to your company. I will truly miss each of them. As I would highly recommend your company to anyone. Thanks again for sending me the best.
