The previous review posted by our client is a total fabrication. She submitted her complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Better Business Bureau has closed the case. She initially claimed that she only went to Disney once and that they had to pay $400 cash for that one day. Our subsequent investigation through Disney showed that the family received their tickets on their first day at Disney and went to the parks all three days. They received airline tickets, rental car, hotel 3 day Disney tickets and two days at Universal. That is what they paid for and that is what they got. We have been in business nearly 20 years and have never been accused of wrongdoing. The complaint is full of lies.

Everything seemed great when I booked and paid for my trip to Disney world months prior. Then when arriving in FL. They did not have my park tickets where they were suppose to be. It was a nightmare and no one would help. Not even an apology. We missed 2 days at Disney and my son was mortified! Still have not seen any reimbursement for the $4000 we spent. Do not use this company!!!!!
