I had been doing business with ABC for over 10 years. Recently I gave them a job and when I went to pick it up. The receptionist first could not find it and when she did she very rudely said you should have given company name. I gently told her that I have been doing business for over 10 years and Nobody before had asked me for company name. The manager then came up and said you probably have never been here in the last several years. As it happened I had been there just one week ago. Needless to say it left a bad taste in the mouth. I give them zero for attitude and customer service.
