I had the most AWFUL service anyone could receive from a restaurant. I had ordered lunch for my friend and myself for work and I called in the order at 12:00. I was told it would take 20 minutes, so 12:30 comes along and I call them to find out where my order was and this NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING person answers the phone and managed to get a few words out; "YES, 3 MINUTES." Then I ask to talk to someone and he HANGS UP ON ME! I call back, same guy answers and I ask to talk to someone who spoke ENGLISH and no one was available. Then finally someone does call back an hour later and yells at me that I gave them the wrong address and the delivery guy was outside and I NEEDED TO GO OUT AND LOOK FOR HIS CAR!!!! Unbelieveable! Then she HANGS UP ON ME, not once but TWICE because she wasn't trying to hear me. Mind you I had already paid for it with a credit card. I called back to get a refund, (now we're two hours into this whole mess) and get hung up on again. I finally had to call my credit card company and dispute the charges because "SERVICES WEREN'T RENDERED! I don't recommend anyone having the same experience like I did. All I expected was common courtesy and they couldn't even give me that, so imagine how their food would be! DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
