Tim Redmond and his helper paved my parking pad yesterday and today in Arlington. I almost never write reviews because I'm too busy and distracted, but I wrote myself a note today to write this review.



Two weeks ago, he gave me an estimate that seemed very reasonable. I'd never heard of his company so I said I'd pay when he'd completed.



Yesterday, he showed up as promised to grade the property and remove several truckloads of dirt. Today he laid the gravel and asphalt.



First, the job is beautiful and professionally done.



Second, he showed up when promised with all the tools (steam roller, dump truck, etc.) necessary to get the job done.



Third, the price was very reasonable. He did what he said he'd do, on time, for the price he quoted. I've worked with dozens of contractors and it's hard to find one this reliable.
