Slow Lead Times, Unfriendly Staff, Poor Quality Metal

Where to begin? The head manager, patty, is extremely unfriendly and difficult to work with. Lead times are extremely ridiculous at this place, but the main problem, is cheap quality metal. You get what you pay for in this industry. It definitely shows here at Dulles Sheet Metal.
