I've trusted Enterprise as my only rental company for about 2 years. I rent a lot of trucks from these guys. This location out and out lied to me, and when I called them on it, they said, "well you signed the agreement" and let $40 separate us from any future business. Since I've always trusted them, I didn't look over the rental agreement, just signed it. They promised me a certain rate verbally, then wrote the rental agreement with the standard rate. I had this truck for 4 days thinking I was on the preferred rate they gave me. I even called Enterprise corporate to have the regional office call me back and ZERO reply from ANYONE! I am now pursuing it again. If I have to physically visit their offices, I WILL get a response from someone as to how they could be so incredibly unprofessional. My business requires that I use trucks and I MUST have a reliable, "trustworthy" vendor to do business with. My advice is, if you use this location CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGN!!! :)
