very disorganized, short staffed

This company did my move when I changed jobs. A date was reserved 2 weeks in advance. The driver did a longer job 1st, but kept calling me. They were going to send ONE guy to pack my apartment, until they could find a crew. That guy fell through. Finally, at 6pm, a crew arrived (who had already worked all day). The crew who DID show up at 6pm was WONDERFUL. They worked until midnight, then came back at 6am to finish my move. The original driver showed up, never introduced himself, but came in and started carrying boxes. I had to threaten to call the police before he'd leave! A simple apartment pack and move turned in to a 2 day fiasco, with LOTS of calls to the manager. At least my company paid for it and not me!
