I left clothes there by mistake. Manager calls and threatened to donate my clothes! It was the FIRST call I received! Not very customer friendly and pretty inconsiderate. Never going back.

I went for a dress alteration - the dress was too big around the waist and needed to be hemmed. The tailor (blonde woman) said "No, you don't need it taken in" when it was 2 inches too big around the waist! Her response was, "It was stupid you didn't get a smaller size." I promptly took my business elsewhere.

They no longer do bridal alterations.
