I had a coupon (which I forgot) for a manicure. Being new in the area I thought it would be a good opportunity to find a good place for nail services. I made an appointment and when I arrived the employees were friendly. That being said, I requested a gel manicure. I did not need old polish removed, making things easier. I have had many manicures and this is the first time my nails were not soaked at all to soften cuticles. The manicurist really went at trimming my cuticles until I had to tell her enough as I knew the consequences in few days would be bleeding around my nails as the nail grew. Sure enough, it was a mess within a few days.
I always look for cleanliness and this place does not rank up in the cleanliness department. Messiness is ok but it looked like it had not had a good cleaning in quite awhile.
I know I will not go back. I don't need to pay to have my fingers bleed and I certainly will not go back to a salon that it not up to speed in the cleanliness area.
