This restaurant opened up recently. My husband and I went there on September 30, 2008. One person was waiting for her order. We were next in line. The manager was standing there with a fistful of money. One person behind the counter was studiously ignoring us, as was the manager for about 3 minutes. In the restaurant, a group of employees were sitting around a table. Behind the counter, more employees were milling around. We waited and waited until, finally, the manager said that it would be a couple of minutes more. We waited, again, patiently. At least 7 minutes elapsed before we were asked what we wanted. I ordered an original thick burger (no cheese). The photo showed lettuce and tomato on the burger. My husband ordered the little thick burger. We also ordered a sweet tea and unsweetened tea. Finally, we received our order after at least 12 minutes from the time we entered the restaurant. My order was botched. I did get a thickburger, but it had cheese on it. No tomato, No lettuce. The sweet tea was warm and too sweet. My husband said, "Please, let's not eat here again". We were very disappointed. We've eaten at Hardy's in Maryland, and it was far cry from this disgraceful display of service.
