Provided by YP.comI love this place and everyone whom I have met who is employed there. They have always ( for over at least 7 years now) been nothing but very respectful and mostly extremely honest with me and every question I have asked them. I even recently broke down the AAA guy towed me to a "AAA place being in a jam I said ok. Bad mistake and after they BS d me did what it needed to get it to run I took it back to my buddies at AA transmission. Fixed it perfectly and for 1/2 the price. I know people get upset when there car brakes so do I but I appreciate mechanics extremely and don't mind paying as long as I don't feel there cheating me. And here I know they are being honest as they can be sometimes they find more and sometimes it's not as bad as they thought. I would recommend this place to any and everyone !

Provided by YPmobileWhat a beautiful place to have your car repairs done right. I'm very pleased . Your overall auto facility in town that keeps your car or RV safe and secured. I had my 2015 Mustang Boss in for repairs what a great job and my car was inside the time there.
Thank You.. I will be returning for my other cars and my RV ..

Provided by YP.comThis company owned by Mike is such a pile of crap that he has to have Khammons.... Aka his girlfriend make fake reviews and create and sign ons for him. I've done business with him once. Wouldn't trust them to change a tire on a bike. Look at the positive reviews people! The tow truck driver even advised me not to go!

Provided by YPmobileI have been using this shop for over 7 years and I have always been incredibly happy with their service. My car runs like a dream because of the work and maintenance that this shop provides. I will never take my car anywhere else.

Provided by YPmobileThe owner, responded to a voicemail I left on a Saturday night and told me that the shop was so busy that day so he couldn't take my car in during business hours he offered to stay late after hours so he can check out my '91 Honda Civic. I agreed. My issue was my muffler welding broke loose and I didn't want it to end up through someones windshield. Not only did he remove the muffler and replace it, but he balanced my tires, drained coolant and replaced with fresh coolant, changed my oil and filter, found a couple fuses I installed myself that were the wrong ones and not on properly and replaced with proper fuses, power washed the bottom, replaced a tail light, took my radiator out and cleaned it spotless, replced some of my hoses because mine were as old as the car, and he explained everything he did step by step because I know nothing about cars and he was respectful, polite, and professional. The bill came down to a discount for having to come in after hours and he didn't charge me for anything except the muffler problem I went in for. Labor charges are incredibly cheaper then any other local shops and if they don't have the proper products to fix your car they make a phone call right then and there and get what they need delivered within ten minutes. I still take my cars there and will continue to forever. A & A is awesome and makes every auto repair shop in the high desert look bad since their service, prices, employees, cleanness, respect, etc etc is beyond outstanding. I recommend A & A Transmission to everyone in need of a perfect auto shop.

Provided by YP.comA & A Transmission has been the most helpful and reliable to me as a regular customer since 2000/ present. They have helped with all my automobiles and Recreational vehicles. I have always been very satisfied with all my services .. This is one of the most comfortable and customer friendly repair centers in the high desert. My vehicles are secure and the center is up to date with the machines and tools used. I would highly recommend A &A for your vehicle services. Keith is very negligible when giving me the answers to my questions . I am very satisfied as a customer since 2000.

Provided by YPmobileWould highly recommend this shop to everyone. Had my transmission replaced in my Chrysler 300. It was ready for me to pick up in less than 2 days. Nobody in the high desert has such quick turnarounds. The price was extremely reasonable too. I have put 9000 miles on my car since I brought it in and haven't had any problems. Thanks guys at A&A! You guys are truly life saviors!

Provided by YP.comI do not agree with the review of this shop at all. Anyone who has a brain knows that a quote is just that, a quote! A repair shop is unable to tell you exactly how much it is going to cost to repair your vehicle until they are able to check the car out themselves. It is common courtesy to give a quote on repairs. However, if your vehicle is checked out and the repair facility finds that there is more damage to your vehicle it is a no-brainer that your bill is going to be more than the original quote. This is not the repair facilities problem, it is yours. Maybe in the future you will take care of your vehicle so that it does not require such extensive repairs.

Provided by YP.comDo not go to this place. they quote you one price then when your vehicle is in pieces they more than double the quote. BEWARE of this typical High Desert scam artist. They screw you good since they have your vehicle in pieces you have no choice but to say yes when they give you the second and outrageously inflated quote... Even after i paid them $2400 which was $1600 more than originally quoted the work they did was horrible and i had to take it to another shop to have it fixed Right...

Provided by YP.comTook my jeep in. Transmission failed. Place looked nice. I asked him about what it would cost. He told he $1800. I told him A-Tech said it was $1500! He said those guys would steal from me. He also informed me he was a retired Hesperia PD. I felt comfortable.Although later I find out, he sued the city and settle out of court on a workers comp claim. I said go ahead and check it out and let me know. He did inform me there was a $800 charge to look at it!! But, I said it was fine. He called back later that day and said it was $2400!! Big difference. I said I will go else where. He said no problem, he would throw the parts in a bucket (I later find out that's illegal) and I owe $800 for the tear down. He asked if it was cash or credit? So, in a pickle I had him do it. THIS IS WHERE HE GETS YOU. About 6 months later, guess what? It leaked! I asked if it was under warranty? He said I never took it in for their "special" trans service for $200 it's in the paperwork. I said, fine. I will bring it down. He asked the mileage. I told him. He said I missed it by 100 miles. I was SOL. I took it to another transmission shop and they did the service on it. Gasket was bad. They serviced it and the problem was solved. So, I ask, is this some where you want to go? Me neither!
I wanted to take a moment to respond to this review. After reading this, I found several mis-statements that I would like to take this opportunity to correct. He was given a tenantive estimate on what his transmission would cost to repair. It is not my fault that someone else said that they could do it cheaper. If he was so outraged then he should have gone back to the other establishment. I do not charge an $800.00 fee to check out a vehicle, in most cases this is done free of charge. The $800.00 "fee" was actually the labor to pull out the transmission, rebuild or repair the damage and reinstall the transmission. If a customer informs me or my employees that they have changed their minds after I have already pulled the transmission out of the car,for the "teardown" and inspection, that labor is still owed to my buisness. It is not illegal to put the parts into a container if the customer declines to proceed with the recommended repairs and DOES NOT want the transmission reassembled and put back into the vehicle. Once the teardown is completed and the inspection has been done any hardparts found to be damaged and/or faulty are written down and prices are obtained for those addtional parts. The customer is then called and informed of the findings. The labor does not change. This is called a revised estimate. Once approval is obtained the work is completed. Warranties are based on the work done if the job was a rebuild, the warranty is 24/24. If the job was a repair, not a complete rebuild, the warranty is 90 days/4000 miles. All rebuilds are issued a warranty, they are agreements made between the customer and the shop. At 12 months or 12 thousand miles the customer is required to perform a transmission service on the vehicle. If this is done the warranty is continued to 24 months / 24000 miles. If a vehicle is brought in for warranty service the paperwork is completed and the date and mileage are checked. If the mileage and date are within the warranty then the repairs needed are completed free of charge. However, if a customer fails to uphold his duties within the warranty or if the warranty has expired due to date or mileage then the customer is financialy responsible for the repairs. I can tell you I have never turned down a customer who was out of warranty by 100 miles. I honor my warranties. I would also like to take this opportunity to say that my employee has never worked for the city of Hesperia PD nor has he sued Hesperia for a workers comp claim. He is assiociated with the San Bernardino County Sheriffs Department. I am sorry that this customer felt that he was scammed by my business. I am here to tell you that this is not the case. I feel that this is a case of misunderstanding. Ive come to realize in 25 years of business that you cant please everyone, especially when it concerns the pocketbook.

Provided by YP.comVery dependable and fast . I have been to others in this town and never had the customer service from them. I took my car to a place close to a&a and it had more problems than before. I also had it there for a couple of weeks before anything was touched. Thank You A&A..
