On Wed., Jul. 29 they cleaned 6 rooms and a hallway. It was 2 year old, short cut, better quality, wall-to-wall carpeting with only a stain at the kitchen entrance of a 1900 sq ft single story house. I had moved everything in advance. He finished in just under an hour saying he had to get to the 'last job'. I left the house before 4pm just after he left. When I returned at 7:30pm the carpet wet my feet and socks. No furniture or floor items were returned to the carpet. It was still damp the next morning when I called at 7am. Rick called back to say it was unusually humid, but he'd come right over after an 8:30 am job. I checked my bank account and he cashed the $190 check by 10:20am. This time when I called he immediately argued. He talked about cleaning my white carpet at 5:30pm. My carpet is brown and he left before 4pm - I know this for certain because I checked receipt times at stores I went to. He said he told me it would be dry in 8 hours. It was 11:30am, over 19 hours and still damp. Yet, he claimed 'dry in over an hour' when I gave him the check. I told him I was disappointed. He told me he'd hang up on me. I hung up. All Seasons Carpet Care is not prepared to clean in all seasons if they don't know how to handle occasional humidity. His payment receipt has blurred licensing information. Neither his name nor his business name showed up on any licensing websites that we checked. The husband and wife made a great impression. This will never make up for being stuck with the real danger of possible mold.
