Provided by YP.comIf I could give no stars I would. So my dog was drooling excessively dr. Amy said he had an abscessed tooth. She aid he needed to be neutered(because that was part of the problem) and he needed x rays to rule out cancer(because he had a bump on his ear) We chose to only remove the tooth. left specific instructions to not remove the bump as he had it for years and it caused no pain. Dr. told me she would call me once she cleaned his teeth before removal in case there was anything else wrong. got a call 4 1/2 hours later saying he would be ready for pickup in a couple hours and they removed 5 teeth 4 tumors and the lump on his ear and I owed an additional $488 on top of the $450 I had already paid for the tooth removal, blood work, exam and meds. so now my dog is missing 5 teeth and a chunk out of his ear supposedly tumors that I never saw and im stuck with another bill. they tried to tell me they got my approval when I signed the consent form before surgery but that was for only the one tooth. and then told me she removed the lump on his ear because she was curious and it came back not cancer. I am absolutely blown away at the way my dog was treated just so she could get some extra money. would never recommend this place again.

Provided by YP.comHonestly I don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful my experience was with the entire staff here .
Simply said , I picked this animal hospital from a large list of them online to take my cats too because they were the most affordable after I did my calling around for estimates even though they were the furthest for me to drive to.
I didn’t know what to expect because of just how much LESS expensive it was going to be but...
I was incredibly blown away with how this animal hospital AND the entire staff AND my cats entire treatment / surgeries / aftercare was , how each and every aspect of it beyond surpassed the top of my very high standards list ...
I highly recommend this place to everyone.
My experience here was probably better than any place that cost a million dollars to take pets too , and they are the least expensive, by far!!!
Thank you Dr Amy and all of your wonderful staff !!
Muffin && Nathaniel say thank you too!! 🐾❤️

Provided by YP.comWe took our dying pitbull here and they saved her ! The entire staff was wonderful and caring especially justin . He knew the fear we were feeling about leaving our dog and was very patient in assuring us that she was in good hands and if you knew my daughter you would know what a difficult task that could be ! So thumbs up to anthony pet hospital ..... you got my vote !!

Provided by YPmobileBeware of this place- they are very unorganized and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They write appointments and note on paper towels- and give them to there clients. We took our dog in just recently for a very expensive treatment ($725). They gave us an estimate on a generic word document- without even the company letter head on it. They charged us for item on the estimate that they did not provide-such as medication. The receptionist even argued with us that the items we weren't charged on the final bill. After calling in we were told the Doctor had to put are dog on fluids and used what we paused for the medication for that- I ask why that wasn't explained- she just said she should have told you.Either they are very unorganized or they are scamming- and if they do it on the small things- whose to say they are not doing it on the big things?

Provided by YP.comDr. Amy is one of the best Vets I have had the pleasure of dealing with. She kind, considerate, knowledgeable of all of my dogs over the years.
I recently rescued a Shih Tzu that needed immediate surgery and she charge me 50% of her normal charges. You will not find a better Vet.

Provided by YPmobilesofar, I've had good experiances here. Vet, Amy, filled me in on everything happening with my animals. she didn't run unnecessary testing, & I liked the fact that I was able.to go back where my dogs were, where she went over xrays, & explained things to me. I had taken my dogs to different offices, & this is the first office that found the problem without wanting to do surgeries, that would have been fatal. I also felt the prices were reasonable

I took my dying cat there and the vet was just interested in how many tests would be required and how much would she be able to charge me She never showed any compassion for my little cat. It was very ill and yet she kept talking about money.
It's a business I know, but I was so stressed out and a simple "I'm sorry about your cat" would have been enough to know my cat was in good hands.
Not a good experience at all. I would give this business a negative 100 stars if I could.
I took my poor little cat to Arrowview Animal Clinic in San Bernardino and what a difference!!
The vet was worried about my cat, talking to her, examining her, making her feel comfortable and I knew I made the right decision taking her all the way to SB.
(prices are very affordable at this SB location)
