I have never had any luck renting a car here. I have made 2 reservations, and neither were honored. Today my plans were wrecked again because they are unable to pick me up at my home which is 2 miles from their office. The person there always says she is alone and can't leave and I have to cancel my reservation. It was suggested to me that I leave my truck in the unsafe parking lot over night and drive there myself, but I would not leave my vehicle there, there is no security and no fencing or anything to protect my truck from vandalism. ( It's not a good neighborhood, I have lived here for 25 years). So, just wanted to take my elderly mother to the stores and no luck here.

I should not waste any more days trying. No service.
