My family met at this location this past Saturday. My recommendation is not to eat there, the service was awful but the food was actually disgusting and made most of us feel sick. My husband and I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and when we opened it we thought it looked a little funny but we were with family that we had not seen for a while so we just began to eat the food...the first thing that we noticed was that the burger stuck out of the bum about an inch all the way around, later as we discussed our experience we realized that they had used jr cheeseburger buns..as we ate we also realized that the meat was not "flame broiled" at all, and as we discussed it later realized that the meat had been microwaved..there was no cheese on the burgers and no sauce of any kind...the service was slow and they got the order wrong so we had to go back to the counter twice and the place wasnt very clean..the staff seemed disorganized. After eating there we both felt sick as did a couple of other members of our party. Since then my husband has tried calling the number listed for this location and it just rings and rings..he tried the corporate office and was told that they really could not do anything since it is a franchise but that they would relay the comlpaint to the local owner..we have not heard anything back. My advice is not to eat there at all..I cant tell you how disgusting the food was, if we hadnt been with family that we hadnt seen in a long time we would have gone back to the counter and asked for a refund, and I intend to tell everyone I know about our experience.
