Decided to go here being that it was very close and my pain level was high. My bladder couldn't make a ride into town so I thought this is perfect. Almost an hour later I finally got in which seemed liked eternity. Doctor wrote a prescription and had it faxed to pharmacy. Guess what, it never arrived the first time. I called and she said it failed and resent it. Well that one didn't arrive and now the clock is ticking to get it there before they closed. I called the Bear Valley office and he said they didn't arrive so he was going to call it in himself. Surprise, he didn't do it either. The office staff is not good at doing anything. It is going to be a long night with pain that I am stuck with at the hands of others. Shame on you. This job shouldn't have been filled with idiots. I think I should visit with an attorney and see what he can do for me. This is just wrong. People beware of Dr. Mikes.

Lazy doctor that argues with me about MY symptoms and lazy nurses that tell me I can't have my own documents because I could get them from another office. Terrible service and I will never go back to Dr. Mike's office. Also, it took 4 months for a sleep study that I requested to be filed. It took so long that I changed my general practitioner and got the sleep study scheduled with the new practitioner before the request from Dr. Mike went through.

They are one of the WORST URGENT CARES UP HERE. I can't really speak about their other locations never been there. BUT THIS ONE IS NOTHING BUT A JOKE. The front counter people are the RUDEST. You can be the only one in there and it will still take A LONG TIME to be seen. You simply tell them what's going on and they don't want to hear it. You ask them if they take medical insurance they tell you yes, then you tell them what kind you have and they say "Oh no we don't take that one". Well you SHOULD HAVE A LIST OF INSURANCE THAT YOU DO TAKE!!! SO GOOD LUCK if you decide to go to this JOKE of a URGENT CARE!!! OH and if you are a CASH patient be ready to be CHARGED. so have that money or card ready in your hand. I rather spend hours at the E.R. at least you will get the answers you need. 🤑🤑

Came here at 6am know one was here but me and my daughter. Still over an hour 15 no dr. Wow this place sucks.

Worst place ever. Seriously awful. Staff is SO rude and unprofessional and even mean. Wait time is literally multiple hours and thats with an appointment. The whole place is dirty and disgusting. The staff is awful, dont ever waste you time or money here. Meridian urgent care is much cheaper, friendlier,cleaner and way more professional, go there instead.

I really don't know why any of u are complaining! It's and urgent care yes it's gonna have a while wait. Y'all complaining but everytine I go, I see the same damn people.. Go to the ER and complain about how long ur waiting there. Sorry people but a cough or ear ache or a tummy ache isnt an emergency, u don't get priority get over ur damn selves

Stay away from this place!!! I had an appointment at 9:15, got there early to do paperwork and 9:30 rolls around, I'm not called. I go up and I am told 'oh, they are working on you.' WTH? Ten minutes about that, I am finally called to get my co-pay. 15 minutes after that, I am finally called in to do the usual, BP, weight, yadda yadda by a newbie nurse. She was nice though. (Only one there that was nice to me!) I'm shown into a room to wait for a doctor, she takes more info & after she leaves, I wait 35 minutes and still no doctor has shown up! I just left! I called in to complain, was hung up three times before someone finally took my call only to be told I would get a call back from a manager and she gave me a number for customer complaint department, which surprise, surprise, was a vmail! NEVER going back to this tacky office again.
