i went there the other day, the young girl at the front desk acted like i was bugging her when i was asking question. Didnt get much help. the boy out side was nice but didnt know much about the feed i was interested in getting ended up leaving with nothing!

I have been buying wild bird seed all over the high desert for ten years and ALL of the feed stores here are way over priced! This store is no exception and they never know how much they have in stock nor do the yard persons know what is in the various bags even though it is written on the bags! I have to cut open the bags before taking them home as they often contain something other than what I asked for. I am told there are five bags of a particular product over the phone but when I get there, fifteen minutes later, I am told there are none and haven't been any for several days! In this age of computers, this store can't keep a running inventory of their products! Oh well, typical of the high desert where if you don't like it...go somewhere else.

Flhair1 anjanette90 is right the employees in this particular store are rude they act as though they are being bothered by questions asked by customers. I just got off the phone and even here they are rude. I apologize for interrupting a break or whatever they were doing. You seem to take anjanettes review personal...employee or owner. We stood at the counter for five minutes before we were helped and that was because I said something assistance was not offered nor a thank you for our business and their prices are not all that great. No evil was posted just truth.

OK I don't know how much room I'm going to have to write this review but I'm going to tell you this; we have lived up on the High Desert since 1982.THIS Feed Bin has always been our store of choice when it came to getting chicken scratch, hay or Bee pulp (which my dad swears by! [he's 90 btw]. THe mean & evil stuff posted here is of no consiquence to me as I've always gave them our business! we buy our dog food here too! we've dropped off those wild cats this lady speeks of because we wanted our cats to have a good life instead of having them put down. which would make me think if this person is "upset" by the "ferrel" cats what do you think keeps the mouse poop & rat droppings out of your feed?WILD CATS do! & on the flip side, I have seen little girls & boys find those "wild cats" and pet the kittens and ultimately take one home"if it was ok with mom/dad". So befor you start pointing out how rural we are...go buy your feed from PetSmart and leave us "wild things" alone! TRUST ME they don't need your little $10 bag of insults not when they're supplying to 1/2 the desert there are 1/2 a dozen other feed stores in fact one right on 4th & Yucca go there!

They have a BIG weevil problem. I had to stop buying feed from them because of it.Their customer service sucks,their prices suck, other customers are rude, rats and rabbits not cared for properly, they used to have feral cats and kittens everywhere but I told them about the capture,alter,release program and they got that taken care of. All in all not the best place to go.
