Not a good one. Service means a lot to a customer especially after spending good money on toys.
Would not recommend buying remote control toy or parts or supplies from hobby people. Rude not very helpful, carry only what they want not what manufacturer recommends. It's more about money than service to people. Once you have problems hobby people will defiantly blame you the owner of the remote control vehicle. Having recommended batteries and chargers to go with the RC the store sells would have been very nice. We were not even given the option to use Traxxas batteries and charger because the store did not Carrie them. We can order he said, but we had already waited for days. Why wouldn't they have the recommended batteries and chargers available. Terrible customer service. Wish everything could be returned and we would go elsewhere. Hobby people have attitudes and no training. The store would make much more money with different staff or some hard core training.
