Awesome kickboxing class, instructors are awesome they push you and encourage you to get fit. They also have other classes too, there is something for everyone in the family. I highly recommend them.

I joined the class about 3 weeks ago & couldn't be more happy. ive been looking for something that fits my schedule & has a form of child care. im able to bring my son with no extra cost like most gyms. in a small amount of time I already see a difference & feel it everyday. they also have great classes for kids that ill be putting my son in shortly. Monday thru Thursday are the highlight of my weeks!

I have been coming to this studio for almost 3 years. It offers an array of classes for children, adults and women. I have taken boxing, a grappling class, Muay Thai and cardio kickboxing. The cardio kickboxing class is the one I attend the most and love the instruction, the workout and the people here. It's a tough class and Dan and Nicole won't let you slack, they are also very encouraging and are trained to help with the correct technique and modifications if need be.



I've also watched a couple of the kids classes, and the kids seem to enjoy the instruction and hold responsibility for learning the Kenpo Karate they are taught. If you're looking for some specific classes or training for you or your family I'm sure you will be able to find it here, and won't be disappointed.

Absolutely la la love this place!!! Just about died the first class, no lie. But it doesn't get easier, you get stronger and faster!

Great Karate studio! The instructors are friendly and willing to help you learn, they are also into your health and fitness. Good place for kids and adults.mthe fitness classes are awesome, you always leaving knowing you got a great workout.

Hands down the best martial arts training around. The instructor really knows his stuff and is really great, especially with the kids. I highly recommend joining any of the classes here. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing Karate Studio, all 3 of my kids have been attending for over 2 years and absolutely love it. Their level of discipline, confidence and training has improved 100%. My kids also enjoy the sparring and tournaments. There is no other place like New Breed. The instructors are awesome and very helpful.

Kickboxing with Nicole is awesome. Nicole is a great instructor and the class is a great work out.

This is an amazing Studio with premiere instructors. Not only will your children learn the art of self defense they will learn discipline, self-confidence, honor and respect. The level of instruction goes way beyond that of most schools where they collect your money and continue to give belts out. Mr. Pribble is a kind, caring instructor that will instill all levels of classes with integrity and respect for your children. No better place to attend a learn a life skill that will continue to grow with throughout your life and you will never stop learning. If you are an adult looking for marital arts or self defense....
